Due to popular demand, our Yorkshire Hollandaise is now in stock all year round. Made, of course, with our award winning, cold pressed Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, just a touch of British butter and free range eggs.
Delicious stirred through spinach topped with a poached egg or two. Classic addition served alongside asparagus, chicken, avocado, over salads or smoked salmon.
METHOD
Ingredients: Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Free Range Pasteurised Egg, Butter , Lemon Juice (from concentrate ( Sulphites )), Sugar, Garlic Oil, Salt
