Roasted Asparagus with Parma Ham

A simple way to get the best from our British grown asparagus! Simply roast or barbecue in a little Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, or give one of our Flavoured Oils a try. Delicious served with our Yorkshire Mayonnaise or Yorkshire Hollandaise. The perfect pairing for this dish!

Natural Rapeseed Oil or one of our Flavoured Oils

Fresh British Asparagus

Slices of Parma Ham

Salt and Pepper

Chilli flakes

METHOD

Pre-heat your oven to 180C. Toss the Asparagus in a bowl with a little of your chosen oil until coated. Make sure they are only just coated. If the asparagus is laying in oil it will become too greasy.

Remove from the bowl and wrap in Parma ham and lay on a baking tray. Sprinkle over a little salt and black pepper, some chilli flakes or use one of our Flavoured Oils and roast for about 4 mins or until cooked through. For vegetarians, just leave out the Parma ham.
