Steph Moon's Horseradish Cream

Serves 6 as a side to your roast beef
INGREDIENTS
250g Mascarpone cheese
3 tbsps of freshly grated Horseradish, or jarred horseradish
2 tbsps Yorkshire Mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh parsley, stems removed and leaves chopped only
Freshly ground salt & black pepper to taste

Simply mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, and season to your liking. Serve as a side with any roast beef dish – check out our Roast Rib of Beef recipe. We also love a good spoonful in our Loaded Yorkshire Puddings.
