6oz Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil with Ginger

6oz Self Raising Flour

6oz Caster Sugar

3 Eggs

2 tsp Crystallised Stem Ginger

Ingredients & Nutritional Info


Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then spoon into fairy cake cases.

Bake at 180oC in a pre-heated oven until cooked through.

I decorate mine with white icing and additional crystallised stem ginger.
