Ginger Fairy Cakes
These Ginger Fairy Cakes are perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth! The flavour of our ginger rapeseed oil gives a subtle warmth to this sweet treat. As always, our baking recipes are simple and can be in the oven in minutes!
150g Self Raising Flour
150g Caster Sugar
2 tsp Crystallised Stem Ginger
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then spoon into fairy cake cases.
Bake at 180C in a pre-heated oven until cooked through. We decorate ours with glace icing and additional crystallised stem ginger.
