Ginger Fairy Cakes

    Ingredients

  • 6oz Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil with Ginger
  • 6oz Self Raising Flour
  • 6oz Caster Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Crystallised Stem Ginger

Method

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then spoon into fairy cake cases. Bake at 180oc in a pre-heated oven until cooked through. I decorate mine with white icing and additional crystallised stem ginger.
